Our offering provides you two platforms to market Beachside Clothing Company. A physical retail store located within your check-in or welcome center(s) and supported with a customized on-line store unique to you and your location. This powerful combination offers the greatest rewards for you and the greatest selection for your homeowners and guests by allowing them to shop at your location or in the comfort of there home 24/7. Items for sale in the physical store are offered to you at wholesale prices. Commissions are earned through the online store please call Steve or Julie for details 866-232-2402. Shipping costs are excluded from all commission calculations. Beachside Clothing Company collects the orders, processes the credit card for payment and ships the products directly to your customers. Beachside Clothing Company does it all for you.
The on-line store is customized for your location. Need a custom location or design please let us know and we will add it!

Vacation Rental Company will be required to:

1) Assign an individual to be the main contact between Beachside Clothing Company and your company. This individual will coordinates efforts to market the on-line and retail store, be involved in the implementation between Beachside Clothing Company, your company and your web designer.
2) Add a minimum of one banner to your homepage/website. Banners are used to direct you homeowners and customers directly to the Beachside Clothing Company on-line store. Banners will be provided for you to add on you home page at no charge.
3) Add a storefront to your operation. If you have more than one check in location consider setting up multiple store.
4) Beachside Clothing Company will work with you to identify how and where to market this offering. Some of the marketing will include but is not limited to the following:

Reservations confirmations
Welcome Bag stuffers
General Mailing to your homeowners and guests should include email marketing
Concierge services
Family Reunion
Destination event i.e. weddings
Golf Tournaments
Rental Brochure ad

How much do I need to order for the retail store?
The minimum order is 96 pieces per destination or design. You may mix and match styles and colors to achieve the minimum required per design. This minimum applies to silkscreen designs only. We suggest starting with few items in several colors. Remember items not carried in the storefront can always be ordered from your on-line store.

How much do I need for reorders?
It is recommended that your reorders be a minimum of 96 units per design.

How Do I Get Started?
You need to have a Web site and we need to approve your application. We review every site on a case-by-case basis. Once you're approved, we'll periodically review your site to make sure that it remains an appropriate Affiliate for our program.

How do I sign up?
Beachside Clothing Company administers the Beachside Clothing Company Affiliate program. If you are interested please call us TOLL-FREE at 866-232-2402.

Can I join other affiliate programs, too?
As many as you like. However, Beachside Clothing Company reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate with links to Web sites containing objectionable content or competitive products.

How soon can I get started?
The approval process usually takes about two weeks. You'll receive e-mail notification the same day we approve your site. Your notification e-mail contains all the info you need to get started immediately.

How do I know how much I've earned?
Once approved, you'll be assigned your own password-protected Personal Account page on the Beachside Clothing Company Web site. You'll have access to a full menu of detailed Web-based reports to keep track of your site's earnings and performance.

When do I get paid?
You'll receive a check once per quarter for the prior quarters sales. A check will not be cut unless your account totals a $100 or more in commissions. If not, we'll roll your balance until you reach $100.

How much can I make?
How much you earn depends on how many of your visitors click on the Beachside Clothing Company banners and how much those visitors spend on your affiliate on line store.

Where do I get banners?
Beachside Clothing Company can provide all necessary banners.
